The 3M™ Fire Barrier Sealant CP 25WB+ Red 287 ml Cartridge is a high-performance, one-component, water-based intumescent firestop sealant designed to help control the spread of fire, smoke and harmful gases through penetrations and joints in fire-rated assemblies.

Certified for use in demanding through-penetration and static construction joint systems, this trusted 3M firestop sealant expands when exposed to extreme heat, forming a resilient fire barrier that helps maintain seal integrity for up to 4 hours (when installed per approved system listings). Its proprietary formulation offers excellent adhesion to concrete, metal, wood, cable jacketing and other common substrates, making it suitable for commercial, residential and industrial fire protection needs.

Supplied in a ready-to-use 287 ml red cartridge, this firestop sealant is applied easily with conventional caulking equipment — no mixing required. The water-based, paintable formula is sag-resistant, re-enterable, and repairable, allowing quick installation, clean-up and future access.
